When a target does not boot, the fastest way to get useful help is to attach the small set of facts that actually narrows the search space.

  • Reset pin behavior and boot strap states
  • Primary rail voltages during power-up
  • Clock source present or absent
  • Programmer output and flash result
  • A small register snapshot if the core halts

A board that will not boot is rarely fixed by posting a full project zip with no measurements. Start with the electrical truth first.
