If you want layout feedback, this is the baseline information to include so the review can stay technical instead of generic.
- Layer stackup and board thickness
- Critical nets, edge rates, and interface speeds
- Connector locations and cable environment
- Power tree and current levels
- Areas you already suspect are risky
- Whether the priority is EMC, manufacturability, thermals, cost, or all of them
Good reviews usually focus on return-current continuity, reference changes, partitioning, decoupling placement, noisy current loops, and where the mechanical constraints are forcing compromises.
